Ingredients of Wheat dosa
- It's 2 cups of wheat flour.
- You need 2 of onion chopped into fine.
- It's 1 of carrot grated finely.
- You need 4 of no green chilli finely chopped.
- It's leaves of Curry and coriander.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tablespoon of Bengal gram Dhall.
- Prepare of Cooking oil.
Instant dosa, Rava dosa, Oats dosa etc. In South India, these dosa are also called as Godhuma Dosa or Godumai Dosai. In the North they are referred as Atta Dosa. Wheat dosa is simply Indian style wheat pancakes which are made without baking powder.
Wheat dosa step by step
- Take a pan add oil once get heat add Bengal gram Dhall,onion,carrot,chilli,curry and coriander leaves and fry for few minutes.
- Take a bowl add wheat flour and salt,make a dosa dough with water,then add fried vegetables to it and mix well.
- Take a dosa pan and make dosa with dough,apply oil around it and then turn to cook well.
- Once cooked serve it with coconut chutney.
