Dosa pizza instructions
- Add semolina in dosa batter and rest it for 30 min..
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp. Butter then add chopped vegetables, add salt to taste and saute for 5-7 min..
- Take tomato ketchup add oregano, chilli flakes and keep it aside..
- Now take a spoonful of dosa batter and spread with laddle add 1tbsp butter in the middle then add sauted vegetables then add ketchup and mayonnaise mix well and spread all over the dosa cook for 30 sec, keep the flame low then add grated cheese and cook untill cheese melts cut into triangles and serve with coconut chutney..
