- You need 1/3 Cup of Quick Oats.
- It's 1/2 tablespoon of Chia Seeds/ Sabja Seeds.
- Prepare 2 Teaspoon of Honey/ Raw Sugar/ Jaggery Powder/ Any Sweetener.
- It's 1/2 Cup of Chopped Fruits (Mix/ Cheeku/ Banana/ Mango/Apple/Papaya Or any Seasonal Fruit).
- You need 1/2 Cup of Milk/ Curd/ Water/ Coconut Milk.
- You need 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Dry Fruits For Garnishing.
In a medium-size container, or mason jar, pour the chia seeds, the oat flakes, and the rice/nut milk. You can put it in the fridge if you want. Tip the oats and seeds into a bowl and pour over the milk and vanilla extract. Combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, dried cherries, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large jar or medium container with a lid.
