Ingredients of Ginnie Dosa
- You need 1 cup of Dosa batter.
- It's 2 of boiled potatoes.
- You need 2 tbs of butter.
- It's 1 of finely chopped onion.
- It's 1/4 cup of finely chopped cabbage.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of finely chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 5-6 of curry leaves.
- You need 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.

- It's 4 tbs of schezwan chutney.
- You need 1/2tsb each of Masala(sambhar masala, chillypowder,salt,chat masala).

Ginnie Dosa instructions
- Peel and Cut boiled potatoes, in a pan heat oil add mustard seeds,let them splutter, curry leaves, Ginger chilli paste, boiled potatoes, haldi and salt give it a mix and let it cook for 5 mins on medium flame..
- Heat tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe off tawa, spread dosa batter..
- On dosa spread add some chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum, add 2tbs of potato masala, 1tbs of Schezwan chutney, masala and 1 tbs of butter..
- Mash it on dosa itself and let it cook for a min. Then add 1 cube grated cheese and roll it, cut and serve hot..
Ginnie Dosa - It was simple dosa stuffed with veggies and cheese. That was just a one time treat. Vada pav - This is the only thing that we loved to eat here.
