To a large vessel, add the rava, rice flour, maida, green chilli-jeera, chopped curry leaves, and salt, and mix well. Whisk the curd till it is smooth and add ¼ cup water to it.   1. Take semolina curd salt and 1 cup water and just mix it and keep for rest at least for 1 hour.
  2. Then take coriander and 2 green chillies and rava and put in a mixer and grind just fr 2mins it will become paste consistency if need put little water because it should not be very thick nor watery then remove and put 1/2 tsp baking soda batter is ready.

But if you want a soft dosa, you can increase the amount of maida in this. But I recommend this quiantity because traditionally rava dosa's are meant to be crispy. You can serve this with coconut chutney and sambar. They taste great even with tomato chutney. There is another version of rava dosa where they stuff masala inside the dosa.
