  1. In a mixing bowl add semolina and curd mix well.add half cup water mix well cover and keep aside for ten minutes.chopped the onion, capsicum, tomatoes and green chillies very finely.
  2. In a pan heat 2 tsp oil add cumin seeds splutter them now add onion saute 1 minute on high flame add chopped vegetables then add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder coriander powder, turmeric powder and chat masala,add salt as per taste mix well and cooked on medium flame untill the tomatoes turn soft and mashy.add some coriander leaves.mix it and turn off the flame.
  3. Now break the eggs in a bowl add remaining chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves.take the semolina mixture add baking soda mix well.now take a non-stick pan heat it then pour the semolina batter in it spread little oil and cook when they leave the pan flip it.pour a full spoon of egg batter on this side then flip again.
  4. Put one tbsp veggies mixture at one corner of it and cooked one minute. then transfer in a plate and with the help of a tissue paper or plastic sheet roll it and the egg Dosa masala is ready.serve with chutney or sauce..
