Wheat dosa is a thin instant crepe made with whole wheat flour or atta, spices & herbs. This instant atta dosa is quick to make for an healthy breakfast or a meal with some easy chutney.

Ingredients of Aata crispy dosa
- It's of atta.
- You need of suji.
- Prepare of ghee.
- You need of Some oil.
- You need of Some salt.
- You need of dahi.
- Prepare of grated tomato.
- You need of curry leaves.
- It's of turmeric.
- Prepare of boiled potato.
- Prepare of ginger garlic paste.
- You need of mustard seeds.
- You need of green chilli.
Instant dosa, Rava dosa, Oats dosa etc. This instant atta dosa is also a favorite. Crispy atta dosa is ready to be served hot with chutneys like coconut chutney, garlic chutney. Godhuma dosa can be prepared without rice flour but you can make only thick and soft dosas.
Aata crispy dosa step by step
- Take a bowl and add 2 cup flour,1/2cup suji,1/2 cup dahi,1/2teaspoon salt,2tablespoon ghee and add about 2glasses of water to make a very liquidy consistency. And keep a side for 15-20mins..
- Now take a pan and add 2-3 tablespoon of oil, mustard seeds,1/2grated tomato,4-5curry leaves,2green chilli chopped,1/2tablespoon turmeric,2teaspoon ginger garlic paste now fry this for 2-3 mins and garnish with chopped coriander.Now once cooked add 4-5 boiled potato and mash it with the prepared masala and cook for 5mins..
- Now after 15 mins add some more water to again make a liquidy consistency and 1/2teaspoon baking soda and mix for 10-15 seconds..
- Now in a cold pan add some butter, now spread dosa batter and cook on high flame. If you use a very hot pan your dosa won’t be made. Once you make a dosa use some water on the pan to cool it down.
- Once the dosa is made now add some ghee on top and add your filling..
If you need crispy dosas, you will have to add rice flour too. Also, sometimes it makes us difficult to flip or remove godhuma dosai from the tawa when we don't use rice. Cook on medium flame to get crispy dosa, we don't need to flip the dosa. Repeat making rest of the dosa by wiping off the pan with oil every time. If you think the pan is very hot, reduce the heat, drizzle some water and wipe it off.
