- Into 2 separate bowls : Take 3 big Serving Spoons of Dosa Batter in each- Mix in one the Carrot Puréed & in the other the Beetroot Puréed.

- With a tsp- smear oil along with its edges & middle in the circular motions...Sprinkle chopped onions & green chillies if required in some (if not in all), after the one side’s done, it’ll start leaving the edges of the tawa on its own- Now, fold it according to your desired shape and transfer it to the Dinner plate, directly....
- Serve it with your choicest Chutney/s or Tomato Ketchup or even Mayonnaise or Tartar Sauce to give it a new twist, all over again.
