Ingredients of Aata crispy dosa
- It's 2 cup of atta.
- It's 1/2 cup of suji.
- It's 4-5 teaspoon of ghee.
- It's of Some oil.
- It's of Some salt.
- It's 1/2 cup of dahi.
- You need 1/2 of grated tomato.
- You need 4-5 of curry leaves.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
- You need 4-5 of boiled potato.
- You need 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
- You need 2 of green chilli.
Instant dosa, Rava dosa, Oats dosa etc. This instant atta dosa is also a favorite. Whole Wheat Dosa is a super quick and easy recipe. It is another version of the South Indian dosa.
Aata crispy dosa step by step
- Take a bowl and add 2 cup flour,1/2cup suji,1/2 cup dahi,1/2teaspoon salt,2tablespoon ghee and add about 2glasses of water to make a very liquidy consistency. And keep a side for 15-20mins..
- Now take a pan and add 2-3 tablespoon of oil, mustard seeds,1/2grated tomato,4-5curry leaves,2green chilli chopped,1/2tablespoon turmeric,2teaspoon ginger garlic paste now fry this for 2-3 mins and garnish with chopped coriander.Now once cooked add 4-5 boiled potato and mash it with the prepared masala and cook for 5mins..
- Now after 15 mins add some more water to again make a liquidy consistency and 1/2teaspoon baking soda and mix for 10-15 seconds..
- Now in a cold pan add some butter, now spread dosa batter and cook on high flame. If you use a very hot pan your dosa won’t be made. Once you make a dosa use some water on the pan to cool it down.
- Once the dosa is made now add some ghee on top and add your filling..
This recipe is a special one as it was my mother's favorite, although this was known as Atta Ka Cheela in my home. Whole wheat dosa is tasty with the perfect amount of crispy deliciousness! Cook on medium flame to get crispy dosa, we don't need to flip the dosa. Repeat making rest of the dosa by wiping off the pan with oil every time. If you think the pan is very hot, reduce the heat, drizzle some water and wipe it off.
